Game settings menu

Setting	Description
LEVEL	Set difficulty level. Selects how many bonuses need to be collected before leaving a level. Easy = 25%, Medium = 50%, Difficult = 75%. Changing the level will also affect level time limits.
MUSIC	Toggle between sound effects or one of several music styles.
INERTIA	Toggle inertia when stopping.
CONTS	Set how many ‘continues’ are given after losing all lives.
SPEED	Toggle between normal or fast speed.
