GridPix is a puzzle game which challenges you to reveal pixel-art images on a grid with numerical clues on its rows and columns.
Each grid contains numbers above and to the left of it - each number indicates how many continuous grid cells should be filled on each column or row.
Puzzles will increase in size and complexity over time when unlocking new levels.
For instance, in a 5x5 grid, a number 5 on the third row would indicate the entire row should be filled in:

When there are multiple numbers, this indicates separate sequences of squares in that row or column that have at least one empty square between them. For instance:

The tile marked with an ‘X’ cannot be filled in this case. Tiles can be marked with an ‘X’ by pressing Fire twice.
NOTE: Marking tiles with an ‘X’ can be a useful technique to keep track in larger grids, but it isn’t required to complete a puzzle.
GridPix features six different music tracks, which can be cycled between while in a level. To cycle between the music tracks, press the Menu button on the joystick, then select the On-screen keyboard from the interface at the bottom of the screen. Use the F1-F6 keys to cycle between music tracks. Press the F7 key to disable all music.
